Open from your settings once you're using Self-Guided. You'll review the data-sharing terms and opt in explicitly. The 12-month milestone requires an active peptide, GLP-1, or hormone optimization protocol.

Your anonymized protocol data becomes real-world evidence for vetted research partners. Sustained tracking keeps you in the cohort; revoking consent or extended gaps in tracking pause funded delivery.
